Delivery Time

  • Other Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • We occasionally offer FREE shipping promotions on selected items or order values.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, Signature Clothing offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email, so you can monitor your delivery status.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Address Accuracy

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos), and we will resolve the issue promptly.
